How Payment Works
All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before the completed site goes live. No work is released before the final payment is received. This protects both sides and keeps the project moving without ambiguity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer payment plans?
The 50/50 structure is standard across all projects. For larger Systems tier engagements, milestone-based payment schedules can be discussed during the discovery session.
What if I need something that is not in the scope after the project starts?
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. We document everything upfront specifically to avoid that conversation mid-project.
Do you work with clients outside Ghana?
Yes. A significant part of our work is for clients in Accra, and for diaspora and international clients. We work fully remotely and communicate via email, WhatsApp, and video call.
How do I pay if I am outside Ghana?
International clients can pay securely via Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay through our Paystack gateway. Payment details are included in every proposal.
